Accommodation

Accommodation is available in double or single rooms in the premises of the Palmyra Beach Hotel. Single rooms are available at an extra charge.
Rooms are cleaned regularly by the Housekeeping department.

We advise students wishing to take up residence in the hotel premises to read the rules and regulations published in the Student Handbook, which they receive on induction day. House rules have to be adhered to.

Apartments are also available in the vicinity and students might wish to share accommodation. However, this is not recommended for first year students who are advised to book their accommodation in the hotel school upon enrolment.

Laundry
For a reasonable fee, washing machines, dryers and ironing facilities are available for students' personal laundry. Alpine does not provide a dry cleaning service.

Meals
There is a fine-dining restaurant in the hotel – the Belvoir Park – which is open during lunch times to the faculty, staff and students.

A cafeteria is open during lunch times for those who prefer faster service and a more casual atmosphere.  The student snack bar is situated in the lobby (indoors or outdoors depending on the season and weather) and is open for light refreshments and snacks during breaks and certain designated hours.

Live-in students have all their meals in the hotel. Day students, depending on their programme of study, have lunch at the school.
