Single room:

Surcharge of  € 2860.00/semester for October intake
Surcharge of  € 3660.00/ for January & April intakes

The purchase of books is the responsibility of the student.
Cost ranges between € 200.00 and € 600.00 per programme.

Internet and e-mail fee (obligatory): €55.00*
Resit Exams/Resubmissions: €210.00 per FE2, FC2* €300 per FCE2, €400 per FRM*
Graduation Fee: €290.00*

Withdrawal and refund policy

International applicants who have made the first payment and withdraw prior to intake are entitled to the following refund:

3 months prior to beginning of the course: 100% refund
2 months prior to beginning of course: 50% refund
30 days prior to beginning of course: NO REFUND

Withdrawal or dismissal after beginning of course: NO REFUND

  • N.B. In case study visa is not granted, the FULL AMOUNT will be refunded to the applicant

*VAT 19% is NOT included

Enrolment Procedure Checklist

To ensure a smooth application procedure, we suggest that you carefully follow the following 4 steps:

  • Step 1
    Contact your agent or Alpine Center directly to book your Entrance Test date
  • Step 2
    Submit your completed Application form to the Admissions office together with the following documents:  - Copies of academic records and high school diploma
    - English qualification (if applicable)
    - 8 (eight) passport size pictures
    - Recommendation form
  • Step 3
    If you satisfy Alpine’s Entrance Exam and requirements, you will receive a Letter of Acceptance and a financial statement. Please arrange for a full payment of tuition & fees according to the financial statement. International students are required to follow a certain procedure regarding issuance of visa (see separate instructions).
  • Step 4
    Register on appointed date as indicated on Invitation for Registration.
  • Re-enrolment
    Returning students are required to pay a re-enrolment deposit of € 800.00 30 days before the end of the academic year. In the event that the student fails the exams and is unable to repeat the year, the deposit will be refunded at the beginning of the academic year.

Visa and Residence Permit

Visa Requirements

  1. Declaration forms: one signed by the student and one signed by the parent/guardian . Alpine Center provides these forms.
  2. Arrangement for bank transfer of 100% of tuition and fees.
  3. International Health Certificate
  4. Clean Criminal Record
  5. 2 copies of student’s passport, and 8 colour passport size photos.

Residence Permit Costs

  • Application costs: Euros 170.00* & Processing fee (lawyer’s fee): Euros 200.00*
  • Personal bank account with minimum balance of Euros 3,000.00 as proof of private expense coverage.

Fees Payment

* The School fees must reach the school’s account as follows:
Full payment: 100% of the tuition and fees due upon receipt of Letter of Acceptance.
A student must register as a Day student at the beginning of the year and may not change from Resident to Day status during the course of the academic year. 

Please note that there is a € 300.00 refundable damage deposit for resident students payable when booking accommodation. The Damage Deposit is retained until the end of the student's studies and stay at the School.  It is refunded in the month of September

Conditions

  1. Late payments: Students whose bills are not paid on the due dates are subject to immediate dismissal.  Such action does not modify or otherwise affect in any way the student’s obligation that all tuition fees and other charges are due and payable for the entire academic year.
  2. Late fee payment 1% per month.
  3. Expulsion: Alpine Center reserves the right to expel any student for constant violation of rules and regulations or for drug use or vandalism.  In such a case, no refund is made.
  4. Damages: Damages caused by the student to the school’s property including, but not limited to, mutilation, destruction and harm to interior and exterior fixtures such as machines, equipment, furniture and any other type of damage/loss to facilities and property both fixed and moveable will be CHARGED SEPARATELY.
  5. Dates & Fees: Alpine Center reserves the right to alter dates, fees, and curriculum or class hours without prior notice.
