Foundation Programme in Hospitality Management

This preparatory programme in hospitality and tourism management is designed for students who do not meet the English language requirements of the ALPINE Entrance Test and interviews. The course aims to improve students’ existing English language skills to enable them to continue at ALPINE. The programme lasts six months and includes intensive English language modules and introduces students to the full programmes of study.

The following modules are included in the programme:

• Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism (20 hrs)
• Introduction to Communication (40 hrs)
• English (160 hrs)
• Introduction to CIS (20 hrs)
• Food & Beverage Service Practicals (40 hrs)
• Introduction to Food and Beverage (10 hrs)
• Professional Development  (10 hrs)
