The overall aims of International Food Beverage Management are to provide students with an in-depth understanding of Food and Beverage management within an international context, and the varying influencing factors that must be considered when managing an Food & Beverage environment. The programme will equip students with the specialist knowledge and skills needed in order to successfully launch and/or manage an Food and Beverage business.

Career opportunities for graduates of Food Beverage Management exist in a wide range of areas such as Restaurant Management, Food and Beverage Management, Food and Service Facilities Management and Food Product Development, Marketing and Brand Management. There are also excellent opportunities in this sector for those aspiring to run their own business operation.

Duration of the course: one academic year

Entry requirements:  Holders of accredited diplomas in Hotel Management or  Culinary Arts. We welcome applications from mature students without formal qualifications or traditional entry requirements but with relevant experience and a proficient level of English with the ability to pursue the programme successfully.
