Our modern curricula allow Alpine to offer highly-recognized Swiss, British and American awards at the diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
The Programme Alpine offers a Foundation Programme which is designed to develop students’ English language skills to the level required for any and all of the hospitality and tourism management modules offered at Alpine. The Foundation Programme is offered during the academic year (October-March).
The aim of this 3-week summer program is to reinforce the students' existing language skills through listening, speaking and reading with emphasis on the hospitality and tourism industry. Listening skills include comprehending spoken English in a variety of accents and contexts. Speaking skills include accurately discussing topics of general interest in the hospitality and tourism industry. Reading skills focus on the basic understanding of most newspapers, notices and advertisements.
