Culinary Arts Programme: Alpine graduates are awarded with two highly recognised qualifications: the Swiss Diploma in Culinary Arts and a BA(Hons) degree in Culinary Arts Management (awarded by the University of Wales). Alpine also offers a unique postgraduate degree: Masters in International Hospitality and Tourism Leadership (awarded by the University of Wales).
